Happy new year (in case you are bored)

There is a lot to say and write. Lots of interesting things happening. As always. And 2012 will be an interesting year. In many aspects.

Instead of writing an exiting blogposting I wasted some time on making a puzzle. How many lock related terms/names/organizations (etc) can you spot? (click on the image for a bigger version)

Note: there is no hidden message, just a bunch of words. Any foul language you find is purely accidental.

Well done 🙂 Just six and a half ‘words’ are missing …

Here are some hints: All six words have exactly four letters.

Word 1: The original word is eight characters. Julian is an expert in making theses.
Word 2: Term used in safes (hope I have it right, in doubt now)
Word 3: is based in Berlin
Word 4: I became a member of this organization this year
Word 5: One of US best pickers
Word 6: A term used in locksmithing
Word six and a half: you have to speak German to complete this word (five letters missing)

  5. kilae says:

    Only four to find! 😉

    Word 1: BUMP
    Word 5: JGOR
    Word 6,5: TODES-MAGNET

  6. Farmerfreak says:

    Word 2: drop
    Word 6: MACS

    Ok, almost there 🙂

I will give some final hints:

We are looking for words with just four letters:

    1) There is a video clip on blackbag where Julian demonstrates this bypass technique
    3) Something to do with phones
    4) I became a member of this organization at the 2011 Aloa convention (and followed some classes on the topic).

  8. kilae says:

    1) COMB
    2) GSMK

  9. Matthew says:

    4) IAIL
